Complete LED light kit that replaces the original xenon white with, for example, yellow. The circuit board fits Scania +2016 trucks with halogen headlights. It has the same design as the original board, with the same connectors. Therefore, the replacement is quite straightforward.
The light sources with 4 powerful CREE LEDs are located in the truck's headlight, where they shine through 4 reflectors. The brightness is approximately like the original, and the board has both high and low brightness as original.
Installation
The kit is easy to install and should only take a few minutes. The headlight is unscrewed and turned out. The light source is located behind a plastic shield at the bottom of the lamp. This is removed, after which the board can be unscrewed when the 3 screws are removed. The wires with connectors are moved from the original board onto the new one. This is a good time to test if they work as expected. Finally, the board is screwed in place, and the lamp is closed and turned back into position.
