MAN 2020+ DRL LED module - warm white
Complete kit for converting the original xenon white DRL. The kit consists of two boards and thermal paste. Each board contains 8 powerful LEDs, the latest generation of high-power 5W LEDs from Edison. The brightness is the same as the original.
The alu PCBs optimize heat transfer and extend the life of the LEDs. The emitters have the same dimensions and use the same connectors as the original, making them very easy to install.
It should be noted that the emitters are not ECE approved.
Assembly
The assembly of the kit is very simple and does not take much time,
- The radiator is mounted on the back of the reflector
- The radiator is loosened and removed from the lamp
- The connector is removed from the original emitter
- The screws securing the emitter are removed
- The radiator is cleaned of thermal paste
- New thermal paste is added to the radiator
- The new plate is mounted with screws
- The plug is inserted into the connector and the radiator is re-mounted
