Headlight Protection for Scania Next Generation

Protect your headlights from stone chips and scratches with our headlight protection. The film is pre-cut and fits the Scania Next Generation. The film is available in two colors: Clear, which is completely transparent, or Smoke, which is tinted. The kit contains 6 pieces to protect headlights, fog lights and covers. Professional mounting tools are included. NOTE! Film on headlights is not approved for inspection and when driving on public roads. Material Information

The film we have selected for the steps is a glossy and transparent protective film adapted for mounting on parts that are exposed to a lot of stone chips. The film can withstand temperatures between -40° and +100°C, as well as short-term exposure to oils, greases, fuels, aliphatic solvents, and weak acids.

Quick Installation

The protective film is pre-cut and model-adapted to the cab for smooth installation. Installation is done using water, dish soap, a squeegee, and a hot air gun. The film is delivered to the customer on a carrier, and the parts to be installed are clearly numbered. An included installation guide shows the placement of the parts on the truck.   

Delivery

The film is shipped in a cardboard box along with: squeegee, installation guide, and spray bottle for mounting fluid.
